The Gas heating cabinet ITV unit is delivered with one large removable stainless steel display tray (1082 x 25 x 404 mm) with a capacity for 24 to 36 chickens. It also comes with one removable spit loading tray on the back, which can be placed on a stand or table.
The Gastronorm Hot Display comes with four food pans (GN1/1 depth 40 mm), and accommodates 36 to 48 chickens. It has a removable spit loading tray on the back, placed on retractable slide runners, and is delivered with four inserted handles.
